Animaniacs premiered on September 13, 1993 on Fox Kids. The show moved to the network, WB, set on new cartoon block, Kid's WB on September 9, 1995.Cartoon Network aired Animaniacs starting on January 24, 1997The final episode premiered on November 14, 1998 on Kid's WB. Reruns continued to air in 1999 as well as recycling shorts in a spin-off show, The Big Cartoonie Show. Animaniacs airings on Kids' WB ceased along with several other shows when Warner Bros. merged with UPN,Cartoon Network continued to air Animaniacs until Nickelodeon bought rights to air the show on their network for 2001. Nickelodeon took Animaniacs off the air in 2002 in exchange for Tiny Toon Adventures.Animaniacs no longer airs on television as a series, however, Cartoon Network, does occasionly airs the direct-to-VHS movie, Wakko's Wish, but not recently.
