Usually a male gamete is supposed to be motile. And female reproductive structures are those where fertilization occurs and where the embryo/zygote develops.

Likewise, in the flower, the ovary is the place where fertilization occurs and the zygote is developed. Hence it is considered as the female part of the flower.

The stamens on the other contain pollen grains which produce male gametes and they are motile( have the ability to move towards the female egg cell to fuse). Hence they are considered as the male reproductive structures or the male reproductive part.
