The one in the sky is the real Sun. The one in the mirror, or on the windshield of the car in the parking lot, is a reflection.
Sometimes it can be difficult to tell the difference; the Sun is SO bright that even when it is dimmed by reflection (because no reflection ever reflects ALL the light) the reflection is still way too bright to look at.
