Probably a blown fuse
Hi, There is one fuse for the two front power outlets (1 cigarette lighter and 1 power outlet) and a different fuse for the rear Electrical outlet. I believe the fuse for the front two is fuse 17, and the rear is fuse 22. I have included a link to the fuse diagram for your reference. Good Luck, Greg
** Fuse 14 is for rear auxillary power point and fuse #32 is for Front Power Outlets/Lights, OnStar® In my '04 it's Fuse 32 in the engine area fuse box. Previous Answer-> try fuse #14 in the center console fuse box
Under the hood (driver's side): Circuit #3 ("PWR") is for the front outlets, Circuit #40 ("AUX") is for the rear.
The most common reason for the 99 GS 300 power outlets to go out would be a blown fuse. Check the fuse box for a possible blown fuse.
Check the fuse.Check the fuse.
The radio fuse on the 2003 was on the passenger's side. There's a cover that flips back towards the front. Also check the ACC SOCK (short for 'socket') fuse. The radio and 12V power outlets are on the same circuit. It's on the passenger side, too.
The fuse that controls the 12V outlets in the front of a 2004 Beetle will be coded with a title that resembles the words, cigarette lighter. They might also be coded as 12v outlet.
This fuse is a 40A type spade connection in the right front inner footwell. Feeds power direct to X67 relay at back right of fuse box looking from front towards back. Fuse box is located left rear of engine compartment.

The fuses for the 2002 Toyota Highlanders power outlets are located in the fuse panel, near the hood release. They prevent an overload the vehicle and the equipment plugged into the outlets.
Per the manual for my 2002 Rendezvous, the passenger side of the center console down by the floor has a cover for a fuse panel. The REAR Aux power outlet fuse is #14. Under the hood near the battery is the other fuse panel. You have to remove the black cover to get to it. The cover is marked with "Fuse Relay center." # 32 is labeled in the manual as Front Power Outlets(plural), "lights" and ""Onstar. Since they mention more than one, it must mean that the front and the one at the rear of the center console are off the same fuse. # 45 is the main battery fuse for the power outlets but is also for the body computer, level control, power seats and mirrors. If only the fronts are out, it is probably #32 in the panel under the hood. What "lights", I am not sure.
