The exchange rate between the US dollar and the Mexican Peso is flexible, so the number changes all the time, on a daily or even hourly basis. When I went to Mexico in 2004, it was about 10 Pesos to one US dollar. As of 2009, it had slipped to more than 13 pesos to the dollar.
