Well, there are some variations. The adjective perfect has the comparative form more perfect, and the superlative most perfect.

The verb perfect has the third person singular present perfects; the present participle perfecting; and the past participle perfected.

And, of course, the present participle of the verb, perfecting is also a gerund. And the past participle perfected is also an adjective.

The noun perfect is the present perfect, the past perfect, and the future perfect tenses for verbs. Other noun forms are perfecter, perfectness, perfection, and perfectionist.

Lastly there's the adverb perfectly.
