No the Map Packs for World at War are not capable of working in Black Ops. The similar named maps for the Hardened and Prestige editions of Black Ops have changes to allow them to work on Black Ops. Everyone who purchased the 3 map packs for the World at War will tell you that they do not work on Black Ops
