Upon researching the program I' ve learned it is a scam. They basically tell you to pose yourself as an "electronics products reviewer" to overseas companies. They allege you subsequently receive free produts to review from those ccompanies. There is an actual cost of 40 dollars to get this information. I would discourage your involvement.
