there is always going to be a trade limit, to inforce no cheating/bots.
For brand new f2p there is a trade-limit for a time before their accounts reach a certain amount of game-play time.

No. An unlimited trade limit is now impossible on runescape, even if you do all the quests its still not unlimited. Sorry but that's just how it is now. XweaselX
I'm a mem and there is still that darn 3 k limit it suks but the more quest points you have the bigger limit you can trade Add me please madboi1000 if you finish all of the quests it is a 100k limit :)
You don't. You have to wait the required amount of time to become a "trade worthy f2p member".
You can't. With the new and well designed trade limit, you can only trade so much every 15 minutes. The more quest points you have trhough the higher the trade limit. In free-player worlds the max is 10,000.
If your referring to the Grand Exchange item buy limit, it takes four hours to reset
No it is a separate site it still has the same rules but tweeked for example the trade limit and NPC

Members can trade more than 5k by completing more quests to gain more quest points, the more quest points you have the more the trade limit increases.
It is against the Runescape rules of play to trade/sell runescape accounts to to the risk of hacking.
