No, unfortunately there is not. But you can order these controllers online for cheap prices!
Technically, yes. Chances it will happen? Very slim... Modded controllers aren't detectable really and you will only get banned if someone records the kill cam and complains to xbox/ms. It does violate the terms of use as it states to not alter equipment in any way.
Yes. Unless they figure out a way to block rapid fire mods any rapid fire mid will work on mw3.
I have not seen any, but that don't mean that they don't sell them at, say wal-mart, or target. they do sell them at Gamestop.
No, GameStop will not accept any scuffed controllers. While they do accept used equipment, they will only accept equipment and games that are in great condition overall. On the other hand, you could sell a scuffed controller in an online auction, such as on eBay.

The PS3 uses Bluetooth controllers and both the PS3 Move Controllers and the Dualshock 3 Controllers are Bluetooth. If you buy a wired controller it will not really be PS3 but any PS3 controller works on any PS3 even if it is not original PS3 equipment
yes SIXAXIS and DUALSHOCK 3 controllers work on any ps3. Any controller that is made for the ps3 will work on any ps3
The DS/DSi trade-in offer has expired. You can always try checking GameStop's website (below) or your local GameStop.
Yes, there are controllers that can still connect via a serial port.
No. At this point, GameStop has made it its goal to not trade in any games over 3 years of age, including parts that came with. Since they don't trade what they don't sell, and since they've stopped carrying instruments, you'll have to find another store that can trade those in, or sell them online. At this point, those controllers are worth $2 or less.
