The breast tenderness is "normal," and very common. Estrogen levels climb during pregnancy and so breasts can become very tender. I had the same problem, as do many women.

very same thing happened to me today, I was just checking the net to see if it is common. I stopped breast feeding about 6 months ago and today I saw a small amount of breast milk leak after she had been crying due to teething. I think that might have had something to do with it
