The coins of this series that were struck for general circulation have only face value. Only proofs and collectors coins sold from the Mint are worth more.
That's the simple answer. Business strike Eisenhower dollars do not have ANY SILVER, just special collectors coins sold from the Mint were struck in 40% silver. Uncirculated coins do have some value, just not that much. But as with any coin, if someone wants it, they will pay for it.

If it's series 1976 or later, then it's still worth face value. Older ones are worth a bit more, but the value really depends on condition.
