There is no such thing as a turbo II convertible. It might have been a turbo II motor swap but its still just a convertible. It will be where the normal convertible fuse boxes are. 1 is under the steering wheel to the left. The second is under the passenger kick pannel. the third is under the hood

There isn't a separate fuse for the cruise. It is powered by the engine computer. If the engine runs, the fuse is ok.
