Working with people is stressful but even more when working with a person's mouth considering the fact that sometimes there is teeth sensitivity which may result in the patient becoming non cooperative. Running a business can be stressful but especially with a terrible dental assistant and a disorganized receptionist. All these factors tie in. Many dentists are always having some trouble every once in a while with looking for a new hygienist, assistant, receptionist etc..
