MAYBE IN POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX OR IN HARNESS AT COMPRESSOR
check if there is a fuse box under your hood. That's where mine is but it is a 97.
not sure on a 92 but I have a 97 Dakota & the fuse for the horn is under the hood. Check the fuse box on the left fender well. inside the cover should tell which fuse it is

A pair of needle nose pliers should do it.
There are two separate fuse panels in a 92 eldorado. One is in the trunk on the left side and the other is under the hood near the windshield wiper fluids.
try the fuses under the hood of the car
It's under the hood on the drivers side by the steering arm.
If you can't locate it in the fuse box on your kick panel, check under the hood. I do know that your horn relay is there and I think the fuse is too, but I'm not positive about the fuse.
It is a 30 Amp fusible link in fusebox under the hood.

If it's the same as my 92, you'll find it under the hood, drivers side just behind the headlight assembly.
You can check the 4x4 relay switch by gaining access to the fuse box. The fuse box on a 92 Explorer under the hood and then use the owners manual to locate the relay switch.
