No there is no theatrical Batman film slated to be released in 2013 as The Dark Knight Rises was the final entry in Christopher Nolan's take on the character. Therefore it is most likely the film series will be rebooted once again to tie in with the planned upcoming Justice League film (which looks like its being rushed so therefore wont be successful like what Marvel have done).

Also, a solo Batman film is expected to come out from the Justice League film however the character himself will be introduced (rebooted) in the Justice League film which is expected for 2015 or 2016.

However there is a batman two-part animated version is currently in the works from DC Animated OriPart 1 of this 2 part animated film is slated to be released on DVD/Blu-Ray September 25, 2012. Part 2 will be released in 2013, with Peter Weller of Robocop fame voicing Batman, and Michael Emerson voicing Joker.ginal Movies" and several Batman veterans are known to be involved.
