EDIT: I'm sure that they will make a second Lego Harry Potter game, but we can probably expect it after July, since the last film comes out then. I would expect it either in September-October or the Christmas season, like stated above.
NEW: It will probably come out Summer 2011, nobody knows, but since LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean is coming out in the same month of the new film, and it's having the new film in it, I guess they would probably do something similar with LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7.
