actually, it hasn't been said yet whether or not theres going to be a part 3, i have read in an interview masashi kishimoto had with shueisha (i believe) the he was "planning" on it, but it hasn't been said if there is or what it'll be about. if there was another 5 year time skip after shippuden already in the anime in japan, it would be in the manga, and at the moment, masashi is still writing the part 2 manga, seeing as he hasn't finnished it yet. i do hope something does get said soon :P
