It was called Runescape Classic.

since the start of runescape classic, about 10 years ago
just runescape.com i think cause what runescape is now is runescape 2Runescape.com. It is sometimes known as version 2, but usually just as "RuneScape". The old version is now known as "RuneScape Classic".
A 508 is a type of version of runescape kind of like runescape 317 or runescape classic both are very old versions 508 is like a graphic with HD in it or fullscreen.
In the modern RuneScape, you can go play in PvP world - there you can attack other players, and get attacked. There is RuneScape Classic (the old RuneScape). You can't currently join, but it seems that in May 2010, then in November 2010, you can join again - if you have a RuneScape membership.
19 years oldd!
I believe paying members still have access to "RuneScape Classic", the original RuneScape. Other than that, Jagex doesn't offer the option to go back to RuneScape like it was one month ago, two months ago, etc. - it would be too complicated.
He's winter personified, pretty much. He's an old folklore character; RuneScape didn't invent him or anything.
RuneScape actually has many private servers out on the internet now that feature the old RuneScape Classic game that everybody used to love. Instead of playing other games like RuneScape you can actually play it on one of these servers.RSCEmulation is a community of active players that provide RuneScape Tips and help others who want to play on a RuneScape private server. It is a fun environment where most believe in playing free RuneScape over other games like RuneScape. It is a project that is constantly updated to provide the best free RuneScape Classic private server experience possible.I would definitely recommend checking it out at http://www.rscemulation.net
Answer: Nope. Check link below for runescape official website Answer: The current version is RuneScape 2. However, it is officially simply called "RuneScape"; the old (version 1) is now called "RuneScape Classic". Check the RuneScape site (www.runescape.com) for any updates; if any other site offers you, for example, a "RuneScape 3", then it is probably a scam, meant to steal your legimitate RuneScape accounts. (You login, into the fake Web site, with your RuneScape password; they then use this information to steal your real RuneScape account.)
There are private servers which are like Runescape clones but they can be very different from old Runescape.
