Connectix Virtual Game Station should be able to run on a G5 if you have Classic installed. However, it is no longer sold or produced, and may be difficult to find. There is/was a port of PCSX that ran on Mac OS X, but it hasn't been maintained in quite some time, and was quite buggy.
