Sorry to be the bearer of bad news,but the chances of another Arceus event happening are slim.they will most likely never redo that event.But check the GTS,people who own an action replay are likely to put a lot of Arceus up for grabs.but if you can(I dont have Wifi,so i never used the GTS)Check where it came from,It HAS to be from the "Hall of Origin" for it to be a legimate Arceus.Hope this helps!
