Yes, there a several daily connections between Göteborg and Copenhagen by train. The train passes Malmö on the Swedish side before crossing the Öresundbron ( a bridge over the narrow strait that separate Sweden and Denmark) before reaching Copenhagen and Denmark. There is no need to switch train on the way.
