No. Standard cents, nickels and dimes were struck with the dates 1975 and 1976. It was felt that these coins were too small to effectively display a Bicentennial picture.
Quarters, halves, and dollars struck during both 1975 and 1976 all carry the dual date 1776-1976. There aren't any with a 1975 date.
