It does not have one. You have to remove the fuel tank to service the pump.
If it is a v6, you need to remove the upper ontake plenum to get acess to the rear three plugs. Not fun.

the fuse panel is clearly "WARNED" and "LABELED" in the engine compartment on the right hand side, really impossible to miss.

The interior fuse panel is just inside the driver door on the edge of the dash.
It is located under the passenger side dash, near the right side panel.
On fuse panel under dash to left of steering column.
Using a screw driver, remove all of the screws and the clips from the panel of the car. Pull the panel away gently, remove any wire connectors, and then pull the panel off the door.
