It doesn't work in TBOGT, only in GTA IV. In TBOGT you just get an error message if you try and view current crimes or most wanted. You can still search police records on the cop computer though, and also call for police back up.
Where is the lost clubhouse in gta bogt?
You can still see The Lost clubhouse in TBOGT, it is in the same place as it was in TLAD, which is Acter, in Alderney. Johnny and his friends burnt it out in TLAD, and it is inacessible to Luis in TBOGT.
Is there any boats with guns on them in gta4 tbogt?
I tried the boats in TBOGT, including a police launch, but I haven't found an armed one yet. You can do a drive by on any of the boats though, using the SMG.
