It's not. Barack Obama's birth certificate is a genuine document issued by the State of Hawaii.
WHY doesn't Pres Obama just produce the document and prove once and for all that he is a natural born citizen?
His mom probably lost the "original" birth certificate the birthers all want. But that certificate he has? Hawaii doesn't put "born in Honolulu" on them if you weren't really born in Honolulu. The document he's got is a real birth certificate and it proves he was born in Hawaii.
