i assume "saltwarter" means saltwater. saltwater eels do not sting, they do not have anthing that can sting you. but god gave them viscious jaws, they have a very strong bite and large eels are known to have taken off divers hands. so my advice to you is not to stick your hand anywhere their jaws. which idiot wrote that? you can eat eat eels. when they're dead they don't bite.

Why can't a honeybee sting you twice?

The first time it stings you, its stinger comes off, usually stuck in your skin. A bee's sting has barbs at its tip, so that it cannot be pulled out as easily. When the bee frees itself from the sting, much of its organs are pulled out with it, and so the bee will soon die.

Can a hornet sting make you sick?

After a hornet sting in 2009 and at the age of 67 I developed chicken pox. Unusual enough I think. On 31st January I was stung at least twice by hornets I still have the itchy bite one on wrist and one on shoulder and developed on the 7th February a dose of flu' that I am still trying to shake off. Coincidence?
