SummitRacing.com has one.
The rear brakes on your suburban are the most common of all G.M brakes. You should be able to find a diagram in any Chiltons manual. What I would recommend not trying to replace them until you learn how to spell BRAKES!! Make sure you know what drum size your dealing with also if they can't be turned.
squeaking from your brakes could mean they are needing replacement, manufacturers build in metal tabs to the brake pads so when they get low they squeak, have them checked before too long, it gets costly if you wait.
You brakes are no longer any good. Either that or there is a little man in there trying to get out.
This will greatly depend on what kind of brakes you have and which parts you are trying to replace. Do you have disc or drum brakes? If you have disc brakes, do you want to replace the calipers, pads, or rotors? If you have drum brakes, do you want to replace the drum, or the shoes?
If youre trying to figure out how they work you can go to http://auto.howstuffworks.com/auto-parts/brakes/brake-types/brake.htm or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_brake. If you are trying to find new brakes I recommend going to Auto Zone or Midas.
that's depending on how fast its going
When You are looking for a business, like Brakes Plus, it is just as easy to look in your local phone book. Or you might trying searching for Brakes Plus online and see how many locations they have and if any of them are near you.
You need a 9mm to the best of my knowledge, but good luck finding one as they don't come in a standard metric set. I am still trying to find one, otherwise the stealership wants $300 to do a front brake pad replacement.
Because they're working? That is how brakes function, after all. Are you used to driving a different vehicle and trying to make a comparison between the two? Different brakes on different vehicles often feel different from each other. Or maybe, if it seems like the front brakes are doing all the work, the rear brakes are out of adjustment.
thats what im trying to figure out
There are so many to pick from depending on the type of car & the size & everything. There are so many great brakes out there that you don't have to worry about trying to find the right one.
