The New Prophecy(Second(2) Arc): Starlight (Came out 3/27/07= March 27(twenty-seventh), 2007)
Power of Three(3)(Third(3) Arc): Eclipse (Came out 9/2/08= September 2(second), 2008)
Omen of the Stars(Fourth Arc): Sign of the Moon (Comes out 4/5/11= April 5(fifth), 2011)
There is no information for the name of the next arc, or when the first(1) book of that arc comes out, let alone the fourth(4) book.

Updated News: Book four will be called Torn and will be released August 23, 2011. Haddix has already finished writing it. There will be seven books in the series; the final three are tentatively titled Caught, Kept, and Revealed. Some people say book 4 will be called Stranded, but I have seen no sources of this information, while Haddix herself wrote that the book was called Torn:
