Bristol Parkway is about 15 miles from the Airport, the best way to get there is to take a taxi. An alternative is to take the Aiport Flyer Express, which is a bus service from the Airport to Bristol Temple Meads rail station, then take a train to Bristol Parkway, you may save a few pounds but it will take much longer.
Its usually costs around £25.00 for a taxi from the airport to parkway station, but I am sure that if you wanted it to be cheaper you could get a bus as I'm sure that a lot run to and from the airport and train stations.
