There may be a chance that Resident Evil-Outbreak will be remade. Only time will tell whether or not another one will come out it depends on the people.
It's an iconic game in the genre of survival horror. But, you might like the remade version of it more.
It is a possiblity. Capcom could make it again but then again maybe not. Keep your eyes open for the next couple of years.
Considering the lack of creativity being shown in Hollywood these days it is probably a fair assumption to say YES. There are however no plans in the works at this time.

Nintendo has already remade Pokemon Red as Pokemon FireRed so the chance of them remaking it again is extremely slim
