u get dialga to level 79 and den give it a moon stone to hold den use a rare candy. then go to spear pillar and go to the back part were its brown den clik dialga den press l,r,start,select and den ull be back in ur old file and ur dialga will be an arceus.(be sure not to save it or it'll not work)
