If you no longer have the remote key you will need a transponder (chip) key. You can get one from the dealer, or there are some other places that sell them. You will have to use that key in the Drivers door to unlock the door and this will disarm the alarm.
Any decent locksmith can rebuild the lock cylinder it for $25 - $50. DO NOT TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP
