Yes boot camp for kids is strictly recommended even they possess disabilities as they will be given proper education and all advocacy skills to improve.
A good dance camp has experienced trainers who will give you friendly and supportive advice as well as one-on-one attention. They should be located at conveniant or appealing location and should be listed for a reasonable price. A good dance camp must have good leadership. If the counselors can positively direct the kids, then they will be able to focus on achieving their individual goals. A good dance camp will also be dedicated to not only to success, but individual happiness.
There is no specific place for kids with disabilities, since most kids with disabilities are cared for within their own homes etc... Schools' have "special needs/learning support" departments, some kids may receive "respite care" etc... but there is no "catch-all" term for a place for kids with disabilities.
