i would go crystal beast as when the beasts get killed the go to your spell zone and count a continues spells so you can special summon Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder and you can combo to get rainbow drago that's 2 monsters with 4000 attack and awesome effects Armed dragon deck in my opinion because it's faster to summon compared to pilling up crystal beasts and armed dragon lv10 can easily wipe out hamon and rainbow dragon with his effect at the low cost of 1 card in your hand. Added to that he's a 3000 beater.
Which is stronger rainbow dragon or rainbow dark dragon?
depends on how you put together your deck or who your opponent is. if you have dark types in your deck,graveyard,and field, then i suggest rainbow dark dragon but you will not gain as much attack as rainbow dragon.although rainbow dragon gives you a lot of attack, there is not as much cards available to gain the attack and..... its complicated so ill just get to the point, they are the same if you have a regular deck that is not focused on certain monsters so like i said, depends on how you put your deck together.

This is totally a matter of personal preference and how you use your cards. If you have an abundance of continuous traps, Uria will be very useful. However, if you are in possession of a Crystal Beast deck, Rainbow Dragon will(obviously)be more useful.
