There are literally thousands of effects available for free online. Save yourself future problems and get a real good OS. Download Ubuntu at http://www.ubuntu.com/GetUbuntu/download and download Free Create-Burn ISO at http://www.nbxsoft.com/files/createburniso.exe When the download finishes, use Create-Burn ISO to burn that ISO to a bootable DVD (requires you to have or buy a DVD writer). Then use the new DVD to install Ubuntu over your old Windows ME install.
