Another person here, but this question is utterly ignorant. Besides, you can't control your period can you? Nope. However, like the above person suggested, you can get your dog spayed. If you're looking to give your dog drugs just to keep it from going into heat, though, then I suggest not having a pet at all. If you do not have enough money to spend on getting your pet spayed, you can also buy baby diapers, and I believe there is also some dog diapers for that matter. Make sure to take your pet out on a leash, in case male dogs come around, because they will try to rip off the diaper, and may succeed.
