First, release the pressure from the fuel system. There is a valve on the driver side rear of the engine. There should be fuel lines going to it. Use a screwdriver and a rag to release ALL the pressure. Then the fuel filter is under the passenger side of the car, just at the front on the front door. Remove the clamp that holds the filter to the frame, unclip the lines and install the new filter. There will be some spilled gas during this process, so watch out!
