Exact same issue. Third light only light that works. If you apply pressure on hazard switch all 3 lights will work. Apparent short in Hazard switch. Bought replacement switch on auction site for $60(includes cruise,turn,wiper&hazard). Will update after install if issue not resolved.Could B the Brake light switch that is activated by the brake prdel ynder the drivers dash & also the brake lights run through the turn-signal switch which runs through the steering colume.More than likely it is the turn signal switch in the steering column. Check by wiggling the hazard switch while pedal is depressed.I had the same problem. It was the brake pedal switch located on the steering column. I replaced myself, switch was about if I remember correctly.Remove the tail light cover. there' a backplane that the lights plug into and the harness plugs into. This is known to go bad. You can find it at the dealer, but it'll cost you. Go to your local discount auto parts place, look in the section that sells HELP brand parts, there you can buy both left and right backplanes for well under the cost of a factory one.
