An engine block heater for a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon is a part of the engine that helps keep the engine warm when it is very cold outside. It has a plug that needs to be plugged into an electric outlet when the car has to sit in the cold weather.
On a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon, the speed governor is not a physical component but rather a function of the Engine Control Unit (ECU) that limits the vehicle's top speed electronically. Typically, the ECU is located under the dashboard or in the engine compartment, depending on the specific model configuration. If you need to adjust or troubleshoot the speed governor, it may require specialized diagnostic tools or software to interface with the ECU.
