No. There is Harvest Moon: DS & Harvest Moon: DS Cute, but those are both set in the valley from Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life & Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life on the GameCube.

Then insert both Nintendo and gameboy discs into the correct slots and play the Nintendo version. You should be able to follow the road to mineral town! And if it is not possible to get a GB HM Mineral Town, I am very sorry for you. I had the exact same same feeling as you did because I use and R4 to play al my games!!
