Well first, you have to get a tree/ shrub and to do that you go to the building menu and in the first section, you scroll until you get to the shrub. Then click on it and place it in your village. Click on the shrub and the side menu will pop up. Find pears and click on them. If you are not the required level, then it is impossible to harvest pears. They will take 48 hours to grow (or smurfberries). When they are finished growing, just click on them to harvest! (if you already have a shrub, skip the first part!)
