It is a matter of faith. Theists/Deists would say yes, agnostics would say maybe, maybe not, and an atheist would say no. The very fact that professors continue to debate this would indicated that the answer will probably not lie on WikiAnswers. All belief in God seems to come from direct revelation, inspiration, intuition and similar output from whole brain thinking. The mind's base language is images and it uses vision logic. One thing it does is to compare millions and perhaps billions of images for matches and mis-matches. You may get a bad feeling from mis-matches or a good one from matches. The whole mind does in a second what thinking takes over three days to do. It is a million times faster and has a million times the capacity of the thinking mind, making it powerful indeed and it may be connected to nature and the universe by it's electromagnetic field, so what it says is the most objective reading you can get on the universe. It keep telling me that God exists or if I want to be a skeptic, that the probabilities are quite high and that the existence of God has to be my assumption. Some prophets even got a names they all agreed on. I believe that there is a higher power, lower power, and an inner power. The higher power/intelligence governs the heavens and the universe or the planets and the solar systems. The lower power/intelligence governs the subatomic particles that form the structure if all existence. The inner power/intelligence can manipulate the higher and lower powers in whatever manner it requires.
