using a all cotton ,(not wool )is best for the warmer months
get a soft pillow a thin blanket and sleep with a night light that only gives small amount of light. and before you sleep do something good that makes everyone happy
the blanket has water and water is a very good conductor so a wet blanket is a better conductor than a dry blanket
