Not really. Though you could say it is bad programming practise. When you call a function or method from current page the compiler browses through all the files included to find that particular code. The problem here is the site becomes slow as it takes time to process all information.
It is better to call only those functions that are required by current page. Bring more modularity (cohesion) and less dependencies (coupling) when coding so code is simple and fast.
