I have seen a list circulating from Easter Seals/Goodwill that has an extensive list for the Boise Area, you'll have to see them about it. I just checked with Easter Seals/ Goodwill and they do not currently have an up to date list for the Boise Area and asked me where I found out about them. When I told them here, they said to ask that it be pulled because they do not have a current list.

If you are searching for a felon-friendly job list for Minnesota, you have a few options. Contact your local Minnesota unemployment office or employment staffing organization for help, or you may be able to seek employment help from your local Minnesota police department.
There are not very many, i am a felon and what has worked best for me is joining the union. but other then that if you have no real ties here i would suggest looking out of the country. IE; France doesnt do backround checks upon entrance. your criminal history doesnt follow you and your credit history doesnt matter. you essentially have a 100% fresh clean start!
