It is important to use toothpaste as part of your oral care routine on a daily basis as it cleans and protects your teeth. It helps to prevent tooth decay by assisting the toothbrush in removing bacteria. It also freshens your breath.
It is not necessary but it would be nice so that when you are singing people do not smell your breath. You could resort to other things such as brushing with toothpaste or even having a mint to freshen up your breath. Hope this helps.
No, oranges does't cause bad breath. Oranges are rich in vitamin c, which create an inhospitable environment for mouth bacteria, it helps to fight bad breath as well.
Well, not really. I brush my teeth with Biotene Mouthwash, the i wash my mouth with Act Anticavity Mouthwash. Hope this helps! :)
Brush your teeth and floss regularly. You can also use a tongue-scraper, it really helps. Mints/gum only covers up the smell....then it comes back worse! Mouthwash can kill the germs that cause bad breath. Look for mouthwash that does so specifically. You may also want to mention it to your dentist. If none of the above suggestions work, then there may be another reason for your bad breath. Talking to your dentist will help discover the cause of your bad breath.
Although mouthwash should never be a replacement for regular brushing and flossing it helps reduce plaque and other harmful bacteria buildup, especially between the narrow crevices between the teeth. It also temporarily combats bad breath. However, many commercial mouthwashes only mask bad breath. I recommend you either purchase a natural mouthwash product or make your own by using this recipe from my organic living blog listed below. Natural mouthwashes are as effective as commercial ones but without the synthetic ingrediences. http://chicorganik.blogspot.com/
