Ya, it's called thief
Thief is a move where The user attacks and steals the target's held item simultaneously. It can't steal if the user holds an item. You can't "thief" a Clampearl! (Unless it holds an item)

Yes, you can use the move Trick to steal an item from an opponent in Pokémon battles. When Trick is used, the user exchanges its held item with the target's item, effectively allowing the user to take the target's item if the target is holding one. This can be particularly strategic if the opponent has a powerful item that you want to utilize for your own Pokémon. However, if the target is not holding an item, Trick will not have any effect.
