No, there is not a "Murloc Server". Nor are any of the servers named after a murloc. All realms are exactly the same with the exception of the PVP flag on the pvp realms.

If you speak of somehow gaining access to the Murloc pet or costume codes, on a live WoW server, then this is not really feasible. Each code was encrypted and usable only once, so chances of doing this are tiny. And if you get caught, your account is suspended and you will face criminal charges. If you are speaking of the Murloc flash game, then probably it is possible to alter the codes for it. Mind you that hacking a game wouldn't make you enjoy it any more than before, either.
