Not normally as most government records on buildings are not generically published. However, it is possible to seek sites that have historic pictures of the area - some news papers have historic records of news in the area etc all of which can be brought together to build a profile. In addition local building regulations in government will have some historic information on your area i.e. house plans early building codes associated.

Creating a house profile is very like genealogy, you have to investigate a number of potential avenues and then find supporting evidence to ensure that you have the right details - Other areas to try are to look for people who have lived in the area all their lives, especially important are the memories of senior citizens who may have been privy to previous owners, or their parents may have told them stories of the area.
